CHILI WITH A KICK 
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes (Hunts)
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup diced jalapenos
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 whole chopped green pepper
1 cup diced onion
salt and pepper, to taste

In large saucepan set to medium/high heat add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder and diced jalapenos. Let boil for 5 minutes then turn heat to simmer.

In medium saucepan brown ground beef on medium heat until brown. Drain beef and return to pan. Add diced onion and chopped green pepper. Heat together till onion and peppers are tender and lightly browned. Add to large simmering saucepan. Cook on simmer for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Add kidney beans to large saucepan with tomato mixture and beef. Simmer for an additional 30 to 40 minutes.

Serve with a scoop of dairy sour cream and shredded cheese and a side of corn bread. I love this chili! Enjoy :)
