CREAMY RICE PUDDING | |
1 c. rice 2 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1 qt. half & half 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla Cook rice, water and salt in a covered pan for 15 minutes. Put cooked rice, half & half and sugar in a double boiler and cook until liquid is almost gone. Stir occasionally. Add 2 beaten eggs and cook until fluffy and thickened. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well after cooked. |
