CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
BROWNIE LAYER:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup (16 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together 3 minutes by electric mixer. Pour into glass 13 x 9 inch pan which has been greased. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool well.

BOTTOM ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 to 3 tbsp. green creme de menthe

Beat until fluffy with mixer. Spread over top of brownies.

TOP ICING:

1 c. chocolate chips (any kind will do)
6 tbsp. butter

Melt together. Spread over top of sugar icing. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Keep in tupperware to be kept fresh. Makes 20 large squares.
