4 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat until light and fluffy. Pour over cooked potatoes and stir to mix. Potatoes may be diced or sliced.

NOTE: May pour this over leftover potatoes.
