KRISPY DATE FINGERS | |
8 oz. pkg. chopped dates 1 egg, beaten 1 c. chopped nuts (pecan or walnuts) 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter 2 1/4 c. Rice Krispies Cook first 5 ingredients together until melted. Add Rice Krispies. Shape into balls or fingers. When cool enough to handle, roll in coconut. |
