LEMON ICE BOX PIE 
1 (8 inch) graham cracker crust
1 1/3 c. sweetened Eagle Brand milk (14 oz. can)
1/2 c. lemon juice, fresh or frozen
2 egg yolks, beaten

Combine ingredients into mixing bowl and stir until mixture thickens. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 325 degrees about 15 minutes.

Cool in refrigerator.

MERINGUE: Use 8 egg whites and 3 tablespoons sugar.
