BROCCOLI SOUP 
4 med. stalks broccoli
2 (15 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 bunch green onions, tops too
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
3/4 roll jalapeno cheese
1 c. half and half

In saucepan, add chicken broth, green onions, salt, pepper and dill weed. Cook broccoli in this until soft. Blend small amounts of vegetables with hot soup in blender until all is liquidified, then blend cheese with necessary amounts of soup. Add 1 cup half and half. Correct seasonings. May be served hot or cold.
