1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2 pkgs. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
2 sm. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans My-T-Fine pudding (any flavor)

Mix butter, flour and 1 package pecans together. Press into oblong cake pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

While crust cools, mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Next spread both cans of pudding. Mix the other package pecans in Cool Whip and spread over pudding. Chill (or can freeze and serve later).
