HOT POTATO SALAD 
10 to 12 potatoes, cooked and chunked
1/2 to 1 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
2 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
10 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled

Mix all ingredients, except bacon, and put into baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
