INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
22 vanilla wafers
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 can pie filling

Place paper baking cup in tiny muffin tins. Place 1 wafer in each. Combine all other ingredients and fill each baking cup 3/4 full. Bake about 20 minutes at 325 degrees being careful not to over bake. Top with any flavor can pie filling.
