HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. plain croutons
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine 1 cup croutons with rest of ingredients. Turn into casserole. Sprinkle other cup of croutons on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
