VINEGAR PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 unbaked pie shell

Cream together butter and sugar and add beaten eggs. Stir in vanilla and vinegar and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. This makes a thick full pie; for thinner pie, bake mixture in 2 (9") shells.
