FLUFFY MASHED POTATOES 
4 to 6 potatoes
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
pepper to taste

Peel and quarter potatoes. Cover with water and boil in saucepan until tender. Drain water from potatoes but save water. Mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy. Add more milk if you want creamier mashed potatoes. Use the water from the boiled potatoes to make gravy.
