POPPYSEED CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken breast, cooked, boned and cut up
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Place chicken in shallow casserole. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken. Mix crumbs and poppy seeds with butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
