BROCCOLI WITH SUNFLOWER SEEDS 
1 lb. broccoli
1/4 c. sunflower oil
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. roasted sunflower seeds

Cut broccoli into small florets (slice crosswise into thin slices). Pour oil into wok or fry pan and heat to about 250 degrees. Add broccoli, chestnuts, salt, sugar and water. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes. Remove cover and stir until broccoli is tender crisp. Stir in sunflower seeds and serve immediately.
