AVOCADO SALAD 
2 pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream, whipped
1 sm. can pineapple, drained
2 diced avocados

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add salt and lemon juice. Chill until it begins to set. Beat until fluffy, then fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, pineapple, and avocado. Chill in 9x13 inch pan.
