APRICOT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Add apricot nectar, eggs and oil to cake mixture. Bake 1 hour in angel food cake pan at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

Glaze while cake is warm.
