SHRIMP SEA ISLAND 
5 lbs. shrimp, cooked & peeled
3 lg. onions, thinly sliced

DRESSING:

1 pt. Wesson oil
3/4 pt. tarragon vinegar
1 sm. bottle capers
1 tsp. each salt, sugar, Tabasco & Worcestershire sauce

Mix well and pour over shrimp and onions. Marinate overnight.
