VEGETABLE AND PATTIE SAUTE 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. chopped cabbage
6 oz. veggie patty, diced
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, sliced
4 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of white pepper

Heat the oil in a wok. Add onions and carrots, and saute for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute for 2 minutes. Add cabbage and green pepper, saute 2 minutes more, or until cabbage is tender. Add patty, and white pepper, saute 2-3 minutes. Mix well. Serve with rice.
