BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and banana; beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients, milk and vanilla. Mix well and stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for about 1 hour. Cool well before cutting.

Delicious with cream cheese.
