SEAFOOD DELUXE 
1 c. crab flakes, fresh or canned
1 c. shrimp, fresh or canned
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. butter, melted
3/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 tbsp. pimento chopped (optional)
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Mix crab and shrimp. Stir in eggs and butter. Add seasonings and milk. Place the mixture in a well buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with pimento and cracker crumbs. Bake in 325 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.
