COLORADO BURRITO 
Medium flour tortilla shells
1 lb. bacon
Grated cheese
Tomato
Green or red chile sauce
1 (16 to 20 oz.) can refried beans
4 medium potatoes, fried
Lettuce
Onion

Fry bacon until crisp. Fry potatoes until light brown. Warm chile sauce on stove or in microwave 3 minutes on medium. Warm refried beans on stove or in microwave 4 minutes on high. Take a tortilla and put on a layer of beans, then some potatoes, and 2 strips of bacon crumbled. Then add ingredients desired.

Roll shell to form a burrito. Cover with chile sauce and cheese (optional). Microwave for 2 minutes on medium or warm in oven under broiler to melt cheese. Garnish with lettuce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
