EMPRESS CHILI 
3 lbs. ground beef, cooked until gravy
4 med. or 2 lg. onions, chopped fine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (802) can tomato sauce
3 to 4 tsp. chili powder (according to taste)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 or 1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 qt. water

In bag (5 bay leaves, 35 whole allspice), cook over medium heat 3 hours. (A metal tea strainer is good to put your spices in.) This you can use for coneys, chili (add kidney beans) and 3 way.
