POPCORN BALLS 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. white syrup
2 tbsp. butter
Pinch of cream of tartar

Bring to a boil, boil until a soft ball; remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Mix with 7 quarts popcorn and make into balls.
