CHOCOLATE GOODIE PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
2 (4 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix first 3 ingredients together until crumbly. Spread in 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

Beat until creamy 4 1/2 ounce Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cooled crust.

Mix together the puddings and milk. Spread over above mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate until serving. 12 servings.
