MY MOM'S DRESSING FOR TURKEY 
20 c. cubed bread (1 lb. bread = 8 c. cubed)
1 pkg. giblets
3 lg. stalks celery, chopped
1/4 c. minced dry onion or 1 med. onion, chopped
2 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
5 eggs

Boil giblets in water just covering all giblets. Put all ingredients in large bowl and add chopped giblets and warm water from giblets. Mix well and bake in greased casserole. Bake for 1 hour at same temperature as turkey. Plenty for 8 and lots left over.
