GRAHAM CRACKER HOUSE FROSTING
RECIPE
 
3 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
16 oz. pkg. confectioners' 10X powdered sugar

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar with electric mixer on high speed. Gradually add sugar and continue beating for 5-7 minutes until smooth and thick. It should hold the cut when a knife is cut through it. Makes 3 cups. Store in a tight container (airtight). This should keep for a week.
