SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 bag (16 oz.) California Mix vegetables, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower -thawed and drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 jar (4 oz.) pimento (optional)
Durkee's French fried onions

Combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, 1/2 cup onions. Mix with vegetables. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes longer.

MICROWAVE: Cook covered on high for 8 minutes. Uncover. Add toppings and cook on high 1 more minute or until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
