CARAMEL PIE 
24 caramels
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. nuts
1 pie shell (graham cracker or chocolate)

Melt caramels and water (microwave or double boiler). Put in refrigerator to cool. Add nuts, sour cream and Cool Whip. Mix well, put in pie shell. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
