CELERY SEED DRESSING (EA) 
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar

Mix liquid ingredients, then in a separate bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper; add to liquid ingredients. Boil until smooth and thick. May be stored, covered in refrigerator, for several days. Serve either warm or cold.
