SUNDAY DINNER BRISKET 
2 1/2 lb. beef brisket
1 c. beef broth
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 sm. clove garlic
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Liquid smoke
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
6 spiced apple rings

Combine beef broth, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, mustard and Liquid Smoke. Place brisket in an enamel roaster and cover with marinade. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Cover roaster and place in 300 degree oven. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Pour the barbecue sauce over meat, increase oven to 350 degrees and cook uncovered one hour. Remove from oven, slice across the grain of the meat and serve hot. Garnish with the spiced apple rings. Serve 4 to 6 people.
