ICE BOX PICKLES 
8 c. sliced cucumbers, thin
1 c. onions, slice thin or chop
1 c. peppers, slice thin or chop
2 tbsp. salt

Soak the above for 2 or 3 hours. Drain well. 1 c. vinegar 1 tsp. celery seed

Mix until dissolved. Put cucumbers in a jar. Pour cold liquid, store in refrigerator. Don't cook cucumbers or liquid.
