PIZZA SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 c. celery
2 lb. zucchini, unpeeled (if lg. as skin won't tender when cooked)
1 c. chopped onion
2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz. size)
2 c. fresh tomatoes, cut up
2 green peppers
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. American cheese

Cook meat and celery. Drain. Add all other ingredients, except green pepper and cheese. Cook until tender; then add cheese and green pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
