PERFECT PECAN PUFFS 
2 egg whites, unbeaten
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves

Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. GRADUALLY add sugar beating constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Yield: 3 dozen.
