BEEF JERKY 
1. Remove all fat from meat, slice into 1/8" or 1/4" strips with the grain.

2. Marinate strips overnight in a solution of: 1 tbsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. pepper Worcestershire sauce or Tabasco sauce for spicy hot

Add enough water to cover the meat.

3. Drain marinated strips on towels.

4. Place on screen on oven rack the strips so they are not touching. 200 degree oven or lowest setting. Place foil in bottom of oven to catch drippings. Leave them in until you can bend but not break them.
