BAKED JERKY 
2 lbs. meat (venison)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. salt
2/3 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2/3 tsp. black pepper

Cut meat into 3/8 inch thick pieces. Combine remaining ingredients and add meat. Marinate 12 hours. Place meat on oven racks with aluminum foil under racks to catch any drippings in oven. Bake at 150 degrees for 3-4 hours or until dried. Let cool and store in jar or sip-lock bag.
