1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
13 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
Dash of nutmeg
Pineapple juice
Red & green apples

Cream together cream cheese, marshmallow creme, orange rind and spices. Wash core and slice apples into wedges. Dip wedges in pineapple juice to prevent discoloration.
