POTATO CHEESE SCALLOP 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pt. half and half

Melt butter in saucepan. Add cheese and then half and half. When thoroughly mixed, pour over frozen potatoes in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Serves 10-12.
