CINCINNATI CHILI 
2 tbsp. oil
2 lbs. lean hamburger
4 yellow onions, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. cumin seeds
4 tbsp. hot chili powder
3 bay leaves
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. Tabasco
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
4 tbsp. white vinegar
28 oz. tomatoes, stewed
2 lbs. kidney beans, soaked and cooked

Saute first 6 ingredients in oil. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. You may need to add water as it cooks. Serve over spaghetti. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and finely chopped onions. Serve oyster crackers along side.
