SPRITZ COOKIES 
3 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. almond extract or vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until lightly and fluffy. Add beaten egg yolks and extract. Mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients gradually and mix. Chill thoroughly. Using cookie press, form into desired shapes. Bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes.
