CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

STREUSEL TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar (or 1 c.)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, cold

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9" pan.

Beat flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, sour cream, milk, eggs on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes.

Pour half mixture in pan, then sprinkle brown sugar mixture over, spread remaining mixture, sugar and sprinkle Streusel topping on top. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool slightly and glaze.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. soft butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp. hot water or milk
