APPLE-CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling

In large bowl mix first 4 ingredients just until well blended. Gently fold in pie filling. Put in 8 inch square, well greased pan. Sprinkle topping over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. baking mix
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Cut in until crumbly. Sprinkle on top.
