3 eggs (well beaten)
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sliced apple
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients well. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool and serve.
