ORIENTAL QUICK 'N' EASY 
1 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 bags of frozen oriental vegetables
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
5 or 6 c. cooked rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil rice according to directions. Set aside. In a separate frying pan, brown hamburger. Drain off grease. Pour in both bags of vegetables and stir. Slowly add the soy sauce. Lower heat to medium or low and allow vegetables to cook for 10 minutes. Pour meat/veggie mix and shredded cheddar into a casserole dish alternately. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on top of rice.
