ORANGE MUFFINS 
1/4 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/4 c. orange juice
Grated rind of 1 orange
Milk

Cream the shortening and sugar; add egg and beat well. Add milk orange juice and grated orange rind; then flour and baking powder sifted together. Bake in muffin tins 20 minutes in moderately hot oven (375 degrees).
