ASPARAGUS SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can asparagus
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 head iceberg lettuce
2 tomatoes diced
1 sm. red onion

Drain asparagus and rinse. Mix asparagus, mayonnaise, garlic, vinegar and set aside. Tear or cut lettuce into bite size pieces. Dice tomatoes. Toss lettuce, tomatoes and asparagus mixture together. Slice onion paper thin and cover top of salad. Serve immediately.
