RUM BALLS 
32 vanilla wafers
1 c. pecans
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/4 c. rum
Confectioners' sugar

In blender, crumb wafers. Put into large mixer bowl. Blender chop pecans. Add to crumbs; add cocoa, syrup, and rum; mix well. Coat hands with confectioners' sugar and roll mixture into 1/2 inch balls. Refrigerate for about one hour, then roll in confectioners' sugar. Yields: About four dozen balls.
