RUM BALLS 
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon or rum
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers

Melt chocolate chips; set aside. Mix sugar and corn syrup. Blend in rum. Combine crumbs and nuts. Add chocolate chips, syrup and sugar; mix well. Form into 1" balls and roll in sugar. Let stand in tightly closed containers for several days.
