YUMMY YAMS 
6 med. sized sweet potatoes or yams
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. grated coconut
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Boil potatoes; peel and mash with potato masher. Season with salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter. Add eggs, coconut, pineapple, and milk. Place in a greased casserole and top with marshmallows. Bake in a 350 degree oven until light brown.
