INFALLIBLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
2 pkg. ladyfingers
6 tbsp. black coffee
6 beaten egg yolks
6 beaten egg whites
1 lg. bag Nestle's chocolate chips
1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. whipped heavy cream

Line sides and bottom of 12 inch spring form pan with ladyfingers, split, rounded sides out. Melt chocolate chips in black coffee in top of double boiler. Add sugar and egg yolks. Cool.

Fold in whipped heavy cream. Fold in beaten egg whites (beaten until they stand in peaks). Pour in spring form and chill overnight. Before serving, top with whipped cream. Serves 12.
